Larry Jones

During the late 1970s, I became a police officer in the community of Wellsburg about 30 miles from Pittsburgh Pa. In 1980 I was hired as Chief of Police/Campus Police for the town and college of Bethany WV. In 1990, I relocated my family to Gulfport FL. and became the Director of Public Safety at Stetson University.

In 1993, I arrived at Converse College as the Campus Safety Director. Both my wife Pam and daughter Karissa are graduates of Converse College. My son Justin is a musician with a traveling modern music band, and my granddaughter Alexis attends Chapman High School. My wife and I have two kitties Effie & Piper that keep us entertained when at home. Pam and I also enjoy taking our old Mustang for rides and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins.
